We're working with a market-leading consumer business undergoing continued growth and investment across its international operations. As part of a high-performing global finance team, you'll partner closely with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, logistics, and operations, helping shape decisions that drive efficiency, performance, and long-term growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to combine commercial finance, business partnering, and strategic analysis within a fast-paced, international environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with senior operational and finance stakeholders to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
- Deliver meaningful financial analysis and insight to help drive efficiency, profitability, and long-term growth.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities across international markets.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial input into key business initiatives.
- Analyse large volumes of operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive improvements in reporting, processes, and financial controls.
- Work closely with global teams to enhance visibility, consistency, and best practice across the function.
- Support projects focused on operational excellence, productivity improvements, and business optimisation.

What We're Looking For
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Experience within commercial finance, operations finance, supply chain finance, or manufacturing finance
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Experience working in FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, logistics, or a similar environment would be highly advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills, with Power BI exposure beneficial
- A proactive, curious, and improvement-focused mindset
