We're looking for someone with experience in insurance, governance, regulatory requirements and stakeholder management.
You will also enjoy working with people across different teams, influencing decisions and helping us grow in a controlled and sustainable way.
A bit about the job:
This role helps us deliver business growth while maintaining strong governance, risk and compliance standards.
Working across the UK, Ireland and our wider global business, you'll support product launches, strengthen controls and improve governance frameworks.
Success will come from building strong relationships, influencing decisions and helping teams manage regulatory requirements in a practical and proportionate way.
You will play an important role in balancing innovation with effective governance and oversight across multiple markets. Together, this work helps Aviva stay competitive, compliant and ready for the future.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience working in insurance, governance and compliance/regulatory environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across different teams and markets
- Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills, including planning, coordinating meetings and driving actions through to completion.
- Ability to explain (written and verbal) complex information clearly and accurately to senior stakeholders
- Experience designing, embedding or improving control frameworks that support the management of risks and business growth

- Starting salary between £60,000 and £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary, (actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
