Our team is on a mission to redefine the luxury industry with integrity and passion, and we're looking for a talented Global B2B Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Ready-to-Wear collection with partners around the world.
The Role
You'll own OYUNA's B2B RTW channel, building long-term partnerships with international buyers and delivering agreed sales, expansion and profitability targets. You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from collection setup and seasonal markets, including our Paris showroom, through to order confirmation, delivery, reorders and post-sale follow-up. This role suits a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives on working independently while acting as an ambassador for the brand at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & New Business
- Own and grow a portfolio of global B2B accounts, developing strong commercial outcomes and lasting partnerships.
- Identify and win new business opportunities that support OYUNA's strategic growth plan.
- Lead commercial discussions with accounts, including terms, order development, and growth and marketing opportunities.
Seasonal Selling Campaigns
- Manage the seasonal Paris showroom and lead sales appointments across Paris, London and virtual markets, tailoring presentations to each buyer.
- Prepare all pre-market activity, including showroom setup, selling tools, budgets and previous order analysis.
- Drive appointment follow-up and order conversion with clear, timely communication.
- Manage our Japanese sales agent

Collection Build & Market Preparation
- Provide commercial insight to the Creative Director for the development of the seasonal RTW collections
- Track and implement updates to styles, pricing and sample availability.
- Oversee line sheets product ensuring imagery, product information and pricing are accurate.
- Work with the Creative Director to coordinate the production of seasonal lookbooks.
Commercial Performance
- Deliver sales targets across the global portfolio and develop seasonal growth plans to increase account performance and reorders.
- Monitor performance against budget, flagging risks and opportunities.
- Provide sales forecasts, trading updates and commercial recommendations to the senior leadership team.
Full Sales Cycle: Orders, Delivery & Post-Sale
- Manage order confirmations, ensuring accuracy across pricing, quantities and delivery.
- Work cross functionally with operations, logistics and finance to oversee orders through to delivery.
- Own post-sale follow-up, handling client queries and resolving issues directly.
- Proactively drive reorders and continuity business
- Support wider team with ad hoc projects and activities

Reporting & Analysis
- Keep all product, pricing and order data accurate across CRM and ERP systems.
- Prepare seasonal analysis and share insights to guide design and trading decisions.
About You
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable taking ownership and owning a channel.
- 5+ years' experience in B2B or wholesale sales for luxury ready-to-wear or lifestyle.
- A proven track record of managing and growing accounts through thoughtful partnership building.
- Deep understanding of the luxury market and a genuine passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle.
- Strong commercial awareness and numerical ability, confident with large volumes of data, product and pricing information.
- Comfortable using CRM and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities during peak trading periods.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative.
