Exciting opportunity to join our Integrated & Global Services (IGS) line of business as a Global Benefits Associate Consultant, based in our Lisbon office working hybrid.

This role will be focused on managing and delivering large, strategic client engagements to multinational clients concerning their health and risk benefits globally. There may be a need to travel as needed for client and internal business needs.

Operating in the global marketplace means multinational companies face a variety of different business, cultural, language, and regulatory environments. Our Integrated & Global Services (IGS) line of business helps these companies navigate the challenges of multi-country complexity based on context knowledge of trends and innovative multi-client solutions. In particular, we help multinational companies develop global/cross-border solutions that meet the needs of both local and headquarter management in the design, establishment, financing, operation, oversight, and monitoring of their compensation and benefit programs around the world. In doing so, we work closely with our local offices in other geographies, as well as subject matter experts in other segments.

Our Global Benefits Management (GBM) business has a particular focus around the coordination of insured benefits, and also has the breadth to consider other Benefits and Total Reward aspects as demanded by our clients. The GBM business is one of the fastest-growing areas of our business with an expanding marketplace and exciting, evolving client needs. As an Associate Consultant in our GBM delivery team, you will play a key part in this growth story, taking a lead role in delivering across multiple focus areas and geographies to some of our biggest multinational clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
