Job Title: Benefits SME

A major, London based multi-billion dollar AUM hedge fund, going through a huge period of expansion, is looking to make a newly created Benefits SME hire.

About the Role

The hire will take on a key role in the development of a growing HR function, as a specialist focusing on 'benefits'. The hire will work to support the development and roll out of strategic initiatives for benefits firmwide. As part of a lean and growing team, the hire will take ownership of managing relationships with benefits vendors and using internal HRIS reporting systems to make data driven decisions for the best new benefits packages for the firm to adopt as they continue to grow exponentially in terms of headcount and geographical presence. The hire will be supported by the broader HR team in the management of BAU processes such as year-end reviews, compliance and enrolment management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
