Global Benefits Manager
Location: London (3 days per week in the office)
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000
About the Opportunity:
Our client is a rapidly expanding international organisation with a diverse global workforce and operations across multiple regions. As part of a broader people and rewards strategy, the business is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to take ownership of employee benefits across key international markets.
This is a high-impact standalone role that combines strategic planning with operational delivery. Working closely with senior Reward and HR leaders, you will develop and enhance benefits programmes that support employee wellbeing, remain competitive within local markets, and align with wider business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence global benefits strategy while ensuring effective execution across multiple jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving consistency, governance and employee experience across the benefits landscape, while also supporting organisational growth and ongoing transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation and ongoing management of employee benefits programmes across the UK and international locations, ensuring alignment with business and reward objectives.
- Oversee annual renewals, market benchmarking activities and programme reviews, identifying opportunities to enhance offerings whilst maintaining cost effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external brokers, insurers, consultants and service providers, ensuring high levels of service and value delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on benefits governance, compliance and regulatory requirements across multiple countries, partnering with internal stakeholders and external advisors where required.
- Take ownership of benefits administration processes, including enrolment activities, reporting, vendor management and issue resolution.
- Support wider reward and people initiatives, including acquisitions, integration projects, process improvements and global programme implementation.
- Develop and deliver employee communications that enhance understanding, engagement and participation in benefit offerings.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Finance and business leadership teams on benefits-related matters and market trends.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience managing benefits within an international environment and will be comfortable operating across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.
Key requirements include:
- Proven experience in a Benefits Manager or Global Benefits role within a complex, multinational organisation.
- Strong knowledge of UK employee benefits, with exposure to wider EMEA and other international markets highly advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience managing benefit providers, brokers and third-party vendors.
- Sound understanding of benefits governance, compliance requirements and market best practice.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, evaluate programme effectiveness and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Experience working with HR systems and benefits administration platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at all levels of an organisation.
- Degree educated or equivalent professional experience; relevant reward or benefits qualifications would be advantageous.
