About The Role
As the Global Benefits Manager you will support the design, governance, and delivery of benefits programs across multiple countries. Working closely with the Global Pension and Benefits Manager, you will help ensure benefits are well-managed, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with global benefits principles, while supporting a positive employee experience.
Due to the global nature of this role, the location is flexible within the UK, and we are also open to hiring someone based in our Warsaw, Poland Hub.
Your responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of global benefits strategy and frameworks, including contributing to benefits reviews, benchmarking, and analysis, while helping ensure global consistency balanced with local market requirements.
- Support monitoring of benefits compliance with local legislation, tax, and regulatory requirements, while assisting in maintaining governance documentation and policies, and coordinating responses to audits, regulatory reviews, and information requests.
- Provide day-to-day support for global benefits programmes and projects, including platform implementations, while coordinating with regional and local HR teams and contributing to initiatives that simplify, standardise, and automate benefits administration.
- Manage relationships with benefits providers, consultants, insurers, and advisors, while assisting with vendor performance tracking, analysis, and review preparation, and acting as a point of contact for operational benefits queries from HR teams.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of benefits communications and materials, assist with the preparation and management of total reward statements, and help ensure benefit information is accurate, clear, and employee-friendly.
- Assist with the tracking and analysis of global benefits spend and utilisation, assist in preparing reporting and insights for senior stakeholders, and maintain benefits data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
