Job Title

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a large, international organisation that is continuing to evolve its global People and Reward operating model. With a significant workforce and operations spanning multiple European markets, the business is investing in the development of a more consistent, competitive and commercially sustainable approach to benefits and global mobility.

This is a newly defined and highly visible role within the Global Rewards Centre of Excellence, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced benefits and mobility professional to shape the organisation’s global proposition.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Total Rewards, you will take ownership of the programmes that sit alongside base pay, spanning employee benefits, recognition and international mobility. The environment is international, fast-paced and evolving, with a strong emphasis on innovation, commerciality and employee experience. You will work across multiple markets, partnering closely with Reward, HR, Finance, Legal and Tax colleagues, as well as external brokers, vendors and mobility providers. This is a broad role combining strategic design, governance and vendor management with hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the harmonisation of benefits across multiple international markets, including health, life, pension, retirement, fleet and car arrangements
  • Conducting regular benefits benchmarking and gap analysis to assess market competitiveness and internal consistency
  • Developing a clear global benefits philosophy and broader Total Reward proposition
  • Designing and proposing improvements to benefits programmes, balancing employee experience with commercial and cost considerations
  • Ensuring benefits arrangements remain compliant with relevant local legislation
  • Owning relationships with global and local benefits vendors and brokers, from RFP and selection through to contract negotiation and performance review
  • Driving cost optimisation across the benefits portfolio, monitoring expenditure and identifying opportunities to improve value
  • Partnering with Finance on benefits budgeting, forecasting and cost reporting
  • Managing benefits platforms and enrolment tools to support a seamless employee experience
  • Designing and managing employee recognition programmes, including peer recognition, milestone awards and long-service initiatives
  • Owning the global mobility policy and governance framework for international assignments and permanent cross-border moves
  • Managing policy decisions, escalations and exceptions relating to approximately 20 international moves each year
  • Partnering with Legal and Tax on assignment structures, shadow payroll and host-country compliance
  • Maintaining robust policy documentation, governance frameworks and audit-ready records
  • Collaborating with Reward Technology colleagues to improve benefits data, reporting and automation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
