What you will do on your journey with WebBeds
As a Global Benefits Specialist, you will support the strategy, governance and continuous improvement of employee benefits across our international markets. Sitting within the Global Total Rewards function, you will make sure our benefits programmes are competitive, compliant, cost-effective and delivered effectively, combining oversight, advisory work, analysis and stakeholder coordination.
This is an oversight and advisory role, with routine administration handled by People Services and external providers. You will join an international, collaborative and fast-moving business where you can shape global benefits, influence decisions and improve the employee experience across all of our markets.
Key responsibilities
- Global benefits strategy: support the global benefits strategy and roadmap, and drive the harmonisation of programmes across markets.
- Renewals and implementation: lead benefit renewals and coordinate the implementation of new or updated plans.
- Cost and utilisation analysis: analyse costs, participation, utilisation and claims to inform budgets, recommendations and business cases.
- Operational oversight: oversee administration, controls and data quality across People Services, Payroll and external providers.
- Provider management: manage brokers, insurers and consultants through clear governance arrangements and regular performance reviews.
- Compliance monitoring: monitor regulatory, tax, insurance and data privacy requirements, and coordinate appropriate action when needed.
- Expert guidance and communication: provide expert benefits guidance and clear communications to employees, Talent & Culture teams and business leaders.

- Experience managing global or multi-country employee benefits within a multinational organisation.
- A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of benefits strategy, governance, renewals, programme design and operational controls.
- Confidence working with benefits data, an HR information system (preferably Workday) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, financial, project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience overseeing shared-service teams and managing brokers, insurers or other benefits providers.
