Global Brand Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Global Brand Manager to join our Global Marketing team. Reporting to the Global Brand Director / Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering long-term global brand strategies that drive growth, strengthen brand equity, and inspire consumers across multiple markets.
Working closely with cross-functional global teams and local market teams, you will develop integrated brand plans, marketing activations, and toolkits that enable markets to achieve their commercial objectives while ensuring consistency with the global brand vision. Main Responsibilities
As Global Brand Manager, you will support the development and execution of global brand strategies, ensuring they are effectively translated into locally relevant and commercially successful plans. You will collaborate with the wider global brand team to create annual brand plans and marketing activations that support sales growth, consumer engagement and financial objectives. Working closely with local marketing teams, you will ensure global strategies are adapted appropriately to resonate with local consumers while maintaining alignment with brand standards and guidelines.

A key aspect of the role will be leading and supporting the development of creative ideas, campaigns, toolkits, guidelines and assets, ensuring they are delivered to the highest quality, on time and within budget. You will help create compelling communication platforms and campaigns that can be successfully implemented across different regions and consumer audiences, while also driving the digital agenda for assigned brands to maximise consumer engagement across key channels.
You will work alongside the Global Insights team to leverage consumer, market and competitor insights to inform strategic decision-making and creative development. In partnership with Net Revenue Management and senior brand leadership, you will support the development and management of pricing guidelines and contribute to annual A&P planning and investment allocation processes to ensure effective market execution.
The role also includes supporting innovation and product range development, including liquid, packaging and pricing architecture requirements, and managing key deliverables through the internal stage-gate process. You will build strong relationships with regional and local market teams, enabling effective collaboration and continuous performance monitoring. In addition, you will manage relationships with creative and digital agency partners from briefing through to delivery and performance evaluation, while ensuring compliance with company governance requirements, reporting standards and business planning processes in line with the William Grant Way.
Our Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be an experienced and strategic marketer with strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to build and execute brand strategies within a global environment. You will bring experience in brand management, marketing or commercial roles, ideally within the FMCG, drinks, luxury or wider consumer goods sectors.
You will have a strong understanding of integrated marketing, including digital, social, experiential and shopper marketing, together with the ability to use consumer insights and market data to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities. Strong project management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across global and local teams.

You will be a confident communicator with excellent influencing, presentation and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging and inspiring both internal and external stakeholders. Experience managing agency partners and working within cross-functional business environments will be highly beneficial.
Above all, you will be a proactive, collaborative and results-oriented individual with a passion for building exceptional brands and delivering innovative marketing solutions that drive both consumer engagement and commercial success. A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline would be advantageous.
