Global Brand Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Global Brand Manager to join our Global Marketing team. Reporting to the Global Brand Director / Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering long-term global brand strategies that drive growth, strengthen brand equity, and inspire consumers across multiple markets.
Working closely with cross-functional global teams and local market teams, you will develop integrated brand plans, marketing activations, and toolkits that enable markets to achieve their commercial objectives while ensuring consistency with the global brand vision. This is an exciting opportunity for a brand marketer who thrives in a fast-paced international environment, combining strategic thinking with exceptional execution skills to deliver impactful consumer experiences across a diverse range of touchpoints.

Main Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of global brand strategies.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to create annual brand plans and marketing activations.
- Lead the development of creative ideas, campaigns, toolkits, guidelines, and assets.
- Leverage consumer, market, and competitor insights for strategic decision-making.
- Support pricing guidelines development and contribute to annual A&P planning.
- Manage relationships with creative and digital agency partners.
- Build strong relationships with regional and local market teams.
- Ensure compliance with company governance requirements and business planning processes.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Experienced and strategic marketer with strong commercial awareness.
- Proven ability to build and execute brand strategies in a global environment.
- Experience in brand management, marketing, or commercial roles, ideally within FMCG, drinks, luxury, or wider consumer goods sectors.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including digital, social, experiential, and shopper marketing.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Confident communicator with excellent influencing, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing agency partners and working within cross-functional business environments.
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented individual with a passion for building exceptional brands.
