About The Role

As Global Brand Manager, Nurofen Innovation, you will play a key role in shaping the future growth of one of the world's leading pain relief brands. Working across global, regional, and local teams, you will support the development and delivery of innovation initiatives that meet consumer needs and drive business growth.

You will contribute to the full innovation lifecycle, from concept development and validation through to launch, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products, packaging solutions, and consumer experiences to market.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the global innovation pipeline for Nurofen.
  • Contribute to the creation, refinement, and validation of new product and packaging concepts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovation projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Support the development of product, packaging, claims, and pricing strategies for innovation initiatives.
  • Help manage projects through key development milestones and approval processes.
  • Use consumer, market, and business insights to identify innovation opportunities and support decision-making.
  • Support the development of eCommerce-focused innovation initiatives.
  • Ensure sustainability considerations are integrated into innovation projects.
  • Collaborate with packaging teams to develop packaging solutions for global markets.
  • Support initiatives to improve product and packaging efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to maintaining existing product formulations and claims in line with evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across marketing, commercial, R&D, supply, and regional teams.

The experience we're looking for

  • Experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Innovation, or a related commercial role within FMCG, Consumer Health, Healthcare, or a similar consumer-focused industry
  • Experience supporting or delivering innovation projects from idea development through implementation.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and matrix environments.
  • Ability to use data and insights to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and support business decisions.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across different functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience within OTC, Consumer Health, Self-Care, or Healthcare categories.
  • Experience working in regional or global organizations.
  • Exposure to product development, packaging innovation, or portfolio management.
