Meaningful Work From Day One
The Global Brand Manager is a key member of the Super Premium American Whiskey (SPAW) leadership team. Working closely with the Global Brand Director, they are responsible for assisting in development and deployment of the global brand business strategy for the company’s SPAW portfolio, encompassing Woodford Reserve and Old Forester. Work scope includes: brand & portfolio support for international markets, brand equity stewardship, annual strategic plan development, lead advocacy strategy, planning and execution as well as strategies and initiatives that achieve short and long term brand and business growth objectives. This role serves as the primary daily contact for international markets and partners with the Global Brand Director on key initiatives such as advocacy, partnerships, and creative.
The working style for this role is 4 days a week out of our modern office in Fitrovia in central London with Fridays working from home.
What You Can Expect
- Lead the development and execution of annual global brand plans. Own and deliver the global brand playbooks and develop agendas and lead global all-calls.
- Partner with markets to help develop local brand plans, monitoring plan execution in line with brand positioning.
- Support international markets in adopting and implementing the Woodford Reserve Global Acceleration Roadmap & principles.
- Support the development of Brand architecture and innovation pipeline in line with brand and market ambitions.
- Support the development of communications, eCommerce, education and advocacy program toolkits that support the needs of all markets.
- Work closely with Finance partner and markets to ensure the execution of pricing strategy to drive long term value growth.
- Work closely with the Global Brand Director to manage the marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation and profitable growth.
- Work closely with Global advocacy manager and deployment of key global advocacy programs.
- Cultivates strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales leadership, regional marketing, local marketing) to ensure seamless global execution.

What You Bring to the Table
- 7 years+ brand marketing experience, preferably working in global roles
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement complex, long-term global brand strategies & plans
- Strong financial acumen including P&L management, budget ownership, and resource allocation.
- Highly developed influencing, presentation, and negotiation skills to gain buy-in from global stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work through innovation processes from market insight and ideation through to successful global product launch.
- Experience managing external agencies and partners
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required
