Global Brand Marketing Manager - Young Ladies Fashion Brand

Fully Remote role

UK based

£50,000–£60,000

Our client is an Australian-born brand with ambitious plans for global growth. With an established presence across Australia and the UK, they are now entering an exciting new phase of expansion, with opportunities across markets including the UK, US, and Asia.

They are looking for a highly driven, commercially minded, and creatively aware Fashion Global Brand Marketing Manager to take ownership of the marketing function and help take the brand to the next level.

This is a newly created role and represents a significant opportunity to shape how the brand grows globally. You will work directly with the Founder, taking ownership of the overall marketing strategy while collaborating closely on the creative and brand direction.

This is not a role for someone who simply wants to manage agencies or oversee a large team. They are looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and entrepreneurial—someone who can understand a brand deeply, identify opportunities, make things happen, and ultimately become a trusted strategic marketing partner to the Founder.

The Role

As Global Brand Marketing Manager, you will take overarching responsibility for the brand's marketing strategy and execution across Australia and the UK, while helping build the foundations for future international growth.

You will oversee the full marketing ecosystem—including brand, social, digital, PR, influencer/creator activity, partnerships, email, retail, events, activations, and launches—ensuring every channel works together as part of one clear global strategy.

You will manage and lead their existing external agency relationships, ensuring partners are aligned to the strategy, delivering against objectives, and providing measurable value.

You'll be the person connecting the dots across the entire marketing function.

Working closely with the Founder, you will help evolve the brand strategy, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure the brand continues to build a distinctive and commercially successful global brand.

Key Responsibilities

Global Marketing Strategy

  • Own and develop the brand's overarching global marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
  • Build and manage the marketing calendar across Australia, the UK, and future international markets.
  • Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  • Develop market-specific strategies while maintaining a consistent global brand identity.
  • Support expansion into new markets, including the US and Asia.
  • Continually evaluate what's working, what's not, and where marketing investment should be increased, reduced, or redirected.

Agency & Partner Management

  • Own relationships with external marketing partners and agencies.
  • Lead regular agency meetings and ensure all partners are working towards clear objectives.
  • Brief agencies effectively and ensure activity remains aligned with the wider brand strategy.
  • Review campaign performance, reporting, and recommendations.
  • Challenge agencies where required and ensure the brand is getting strong value and results from its external partners.
  • Coordinate activity across digital marketing, PR, and other specialist partners to ensure a joined-up approach.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strategic marketing expertise with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach.

  • Experience developing and owning an overarching marketing strategy.
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, including brand, digital, social, PR, influencer, partnerships, email, retail, and experiential.

The Person

This role is as much about personality, energy, and mindset as it is experience.

You'll be working remotely from the UK while the Founder is based in Australia, so you'll need to be exceptionally self-motivated and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
  • Is energetic, ambitious, and genuinely excited by building brands.
  • Can spot opportunities and turn ideas into action.
  • Is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Communicates proactively and keeps stakeholders informed.
  • Is confident challenging ideas and bringing their own perspective.
  • Is commercially minded but understands the importance of brand.
  • Can move between big-picture strategy and getting into the detail when required.
  • Is comfortable being hands-on and doing what needs to be done.
  • Wants to work closely with a Founder and become a genuine strategic partner.
  • Is curious, hungry to learn, and constantly looking for ways to improve.
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where things move quickly.
  • Has the confidence and capability to eventually become the person the Founder looks to for marketing expertise and direction.

You won't have a huge team underneath you—and that's intentional. We're looking for someone who can lead through influence, agencies, partners, and collaboration, while still being willing to roll their sleeves up and get involved.

Why Join

This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious Australian brand at a pivotal stage of its growth.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Take genuine ownership of the global marketing function.
  • Work directly with the Founder and have significant influence over the direction of the brand.
  • Help shape brand's international expansion.
  • Build the marketing strategy across established and emerging markets.
  • Work across brand, creative, digital, social, PR, influencer, partnerships, retail, and experiential.
  • Make a visible impact on a growing global brand.
  • Operate with significant autonomy and responsibility.
  • Help build the foundations of a world-class global marketing function.
