About the role
Infotree Global Solutions is a rapidly growing, private-equity-backed global workforce solutions company operating in more than 100 countries. As we continue to scale, we are building the infrastructure, systems, and leadership disciplines needed to support our next phase of growth.
Position Summary
This role will own the configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of Infotree’s Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, an enterprise solution natively built on the Salesforce platform. Core concepts such as data models, workflows, automation, and user management operate using Salesforce architecture.
The role ensures the platform operates as a scalable, reliable foundation that enables efficient workflows and strong user adoption across global recruiting and delivery teams.
Partnering closely with business leaders across regions, this individual will translate operational needs into system capabilities, enabling a more unified, standardized, and data-driven organization.
This is not a traditional Salesforce Administrator role. While Salesforce experience provides a strong technical foundation, success in this position requires applying those capabilities within the context of recruiting, placements, and global workforce operations.
The ideal candidate understands both platform architecture and real-world recruiting workflows, and can bridge the gap between system capability and business execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize end-to-end recruiting and placement workflows in Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud (also known as Bullhorn for Salesforce and BH4SF) and additional product modules including Talent Management Platform, VMS Sync, Automations, Amplify, and Market IQ
- Partner with recruiting, sales, and delivery to standardize global processes
- Drive adoption by aligning system design to recruiter and account manager workflows
- Support global rollout and localization across NA, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC
- Own platform governance and standards to drive global consistency
- Administer the underlying Salesforce architecture supporting Bullhorn, including users, roles, and permissions
- Configure and maintain objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and automation
- Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Manage data integrity, exports, deduplication, and quality audits
- Understand and architect the data infrastructure and import files needed to support data imports
- Build reports and dashboards to support operational and executive decision-making
- Manage integrations and third-party applications, including connections to Broadbean (Career Portal), VMS Sync, and Middle Office technologies
- Implement advanced solutions such as Bullhorn Automations and Bullhorn Amplify (Present, Screening, etc.)
- Provide training, documentation, and user support
- Ensure platform security and compliance with data governance policies
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams on advanced solutions
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and increase platform adoption across regions

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
