Following significant growth and ambitious expansion plans, they are seeking two Global Business Development Directors to spearhead growth within either the Life Sciences (Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices) or Utilities (Water & Nuclear) sectors.
The Opportunity
This is not an account management role.
This is a true hunter position for a commercially astute, consultative sales leader who thrives on opening doors, building executive relationships and winning high-value transformation programmes.
- You'll engage directly with C-suite stakeholders, shaping and securing enterprise-wide consulting engagements that deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality, operational performance, leadership effectiveness and long-term business outcomes.
- Working alongside globally recognised subject matter experts and consulting leaders, you will help organisations solve some of their most complex operational and transformation challenges.

What You'll Be Doing
- Winning net-new enterprise consulting engagements
- Building and executing a sector-specific growth strategy
- Developing board-level business cases and value propositions
- Leading complex sales cycles from prospecting to close
- Collaborating with consulting experts to shape innovative client solutions
- Establishing key accounts capable of generating Β£1m+ annual revenues
- Engaging senior executives within multinational organisations across Europe and North America
What We're Looking For
You will likely bring:
- A proven track record selling complex consulting, transformation, operational excellence or professional services solutions
- Experience winning and growing enterprise-level clients through direct business development activity
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or broader business transformation methodologies
- Credibility engaging with CEOs, COOs, Operations Directors and senior leadership teams
- Exceptional commercial acumen and consultative selling capability
- Experience constructing compelling value-based proposals and commercial agreements
