YOUR ROLE
The role forms part of the Operations Performance & Efficiency (OP&E) function, which aims to contribute to profitability by establishing standards and methods, ensuring their training, appropriation, and adaptation, and providing proper digital monitoring to provide visibility and support decision-making.
The role sits specifically in the Global Business Excellence (BPE) department, which strives to build a high-performing, agile operational network that unlocks maximum value for our customers, our people, and our business. Inspiring operations to eliminate waste by defining standard best practices, leading & coaching continuous improvement, whilst championing industry-leading innovations - to meet today’s challenges and in anticipation of tomorrow’s demands.
The individual is responsible for one or more assigned program(s) within that department, specifically responsible for the definition, development, communication, training, and monitoring of performance against CEVA’s long-term strategy and vision, as well as annually set targets and objectives.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Governance & Standards: For assigned program(s), establish & maintain program governance; supporting best practice, standardised work & consistency of performance across all regions.
- Learning & Development: For assigned program(s), develop training materials, lead workshops, and transfer knowledge to strengthen organisational capability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: For assigned program(s), act as the primary liaison between global, regional, and country teams, fostering collaboration and managing expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: For assigned program(s), analyse performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Change Management: For assigned program(s), drive organisational change initiatives, ensuring adoption through structured communication and training.
- Risk & Issue Management: For assigned program(s), proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to senior leadership.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: For assigned program(s), define KPIs, track progress, and provide transparent reporting to key stakeholders regarding scope & agreed targets.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Knowledge & Experience
- A college, professional or university degree in engineering or a related functional area or equivalent education and experience, is often accepted.
- Demonstrated success in leading contract logistics operations and delivering process excellence initiatives 5 to 10 years.
- Proven track record of managing complex BPE projects at a senior specialist or supervisory level.
- Expertise in change management and application of Lean / Six Sigma tools.
- Strong understanding of Matrix WMS functionalities across operational modules.
- Ability to apply process engineering and improvement methodologies effectively.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and recommend solutions.
- Proven capability to train and coach individuals and teams at all levels.
- Leadership skills to motivate and develop diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills to deliver engaging training sessions.
- Active listening and influencing skills.
- Collaborative team player with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
- Logical and structured thinking.
- High motivation and willingness to learn.
