Global Business Services Leader
We are seeking a highly accomplished leader to drive our Global Business Services (GBS) strategy and operations across Europe. This executive role will be responsible for leading a large, geographically dispersed organization while delivering operational excellence, business transformation, digital innovation, and scalable service delivery capabilities across multiple countries.
As a key member of the GBS leadership team, you will partner closely with business executives and functional stakeholders to enhance customer and stakeholder experiences, improve productivity, accelerate transformation, and support business growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future operating model through standardization, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a strategic leader who combines strong operational expertise with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead complex transformation programs, and build high-performing teams across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Global Business Services organization across Europe, delivering exceptional service, operational performance, and business value.
- Define and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap focused on simplification, standardization, automation, and digital innovation.
- Partner with regional and country leadership teams to improve service delivery, customer outcomes, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive adoption of data-driven decision making, AI, analytics, Lean, and continuous improvement methodologies to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Establish and lead robust governance, performance management, KPI, and service management frameworks.
- Lead large-scale organizational and technology-enabled transformation programs within a complex international environment.
- Develop and inspire high-performing leadership teams while building organizational capabilities for future growth.
- Influence senior executives and stakeholders through strategic insights, business performance analysis, and operational expertise.
- Ensure strong financial stewardship, productivity improvements, and delivery of strategic business objectives.

What You'll Bring
- 15+ years of leadership experience in Global Business Services, Shared Services, Business Process Services, Operations, Transformation, or related environments.
- Proven success leading large, multi-country organizations across Europe.
- Strong track record of delivering enterprise transformation, process optimization, automation, and digital modernization initiatives.
- Proven experience leading large-scale teams of approximately 1,000 employees across multiple countries within complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience delivering productivity, efficiency, and growth outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to engage at executive level.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies to drive operational and business performance is highly desirable.
