Global Campaign Manager
We're partnering with a highly successful global consumer brand to recruit a Global Campaign Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative, commercially driven business and play a key role in shaping how new product collections are positioned, launched and brought to market globally (key focus Europe and APAC).
Working at the intersection of brand, product and commercial teams, you'll develop compelling product stories, create launch strategies and ensure every collection is supported by clear positioning and messaging that resonates with consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product positioning, consumer messaging and storytelling frameworks for seasonal collections and launches.
- Create launch strategies that maximise awareness, desirability and commercial performance.
- Produce clear and inspiring briefs for creative, communications, digital and commercial teams.
- Partner with stakeholders across product, design, merchandising, marketing and sales functions to deliver successful launches.
- Define hero products, launch priorities and supporting narratives for key trading moments.
- Develop sales support materials and retailer-facing content that strengthens sell-in activity.
- Use consumer insights, market trends and competitor analysis to inform recommendations and campaign planning.
- Act as a central point of coordination, ensuring launch plans are aligned and delivered effectively.

We're looking for an experienced campaign manager with a track record of launching luxury products within a consumer-focused environment.
You'll be a natural storyteller with strong commercial awareness, exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
This role would suit someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys working cross-functionally and is passionate about creating product campaigns that engage consumers and drive commercial success.
