The Opportunity
We are looking for a Global Campaigns Specialist to support the delivery of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
This is a hands-on, mid-level position combining:
- 50% campaign execution
- 50% project management and stakeholder coordination
The role would suit a well-rounded campaign professional who can work across email, webinars, digital events, organic social, paid media, copy, creative assets, and campaign tracking.
This is not a senior strategy or leadership role. The successful candidate will be comfortable working closely with the detail, coordinating contributors, and supporting campaigns through to launch.

Integrated campaign execution
- Support the delivery of global B2B campaigns across email, webinars, digital events, organic social, and paid media.
- Build and coordinate campaign activity through marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Support webinar and virtual-event campaigns, including promotion, registration, attendee communications, and follow-up.
- Coordinate organic and paid social activity, particularly LinkedIn campaigns.
- Review campaign copy, creative assets, landing-page content, and supporting materials against the agreed brief.
- Ensure campaign assets are complete, approved, and ready for launch.
- Maintain campaign tracking, naming conventions, campaign IDs, and documentation.
- Support performance reporting and identify opportunities to improve future campaigns.
- Ensure activity is aligned across channels and supports the wider campaign objective.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
