We are looking for a Global Category Buyer to help deliver value through strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll do
As a Global Category Buyer, you will support the delivery of global procurement strategies by:
- Managing sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and supplier management activities.
- Supporting the development and execution of category strategies.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Identifying cost-saving, quality, and service improvement opportunities.
- Analysing procurement and market data to provide actionable insights.
- Monitoring supplier performance and supporting issue resolution.
- Contributing to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across Norgine.

What you'll bring
Skills
- Category management and strategic sourcing expertise.
- Procurement process knowledge and supplier management capability.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Sound commercial and financial awareness.
Experience
- Experience in procurement and category management.
- Previous experience in Paper-based Categories is a plus.
- Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exposure to procurement data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Relevant higher education qualification or equivalent professional experience.
