Are you ready to shape the future of Makeup at Lumene Group? We're looking for an experienced Global Category Lead – Makeup to drive innovation, sharpen our portfolio, and set the standard for winning launches across our brands.
You will lead the innovation agenda for Makeup, shaping the category strategy and driving the development of consumer-led innovations from concept to launch. Working closely with R&D and cross-functional teams, you will ensure every launch delivers against brand ambitions, consumer needs and commercial objectives. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Portfolio & Innovation. It currently has no direct reports, but offers real influence across the organisation through stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

In This Role You Will
- Define and drive the global makeup category strategy together with the Director and CMO, delivering competitive, profitable growth in line with brand and commercial ambitions.
- Lead the makeup innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization, ensuring best-in-class Innovations on time and on brief.
- Partner closely with R&D, Packaging, Design, Brand and Commercial teams to develop winning innovations, translating consumer insights into compelling new product concepts and successful launches.
- Act as a senior culture bearer, supporting team development.

What We Believe You Have
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Deep passion for makeup and color cosmetics with strong knowledge of trends and the competitive landscape.
- Proven experience in category management, NPD, or brand management in beauty or FMCG.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to own business cases and category P&L.
- Highly collaborative and organized with excellent cross-functional project leadership skills.
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills with senior stakeholder experience.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
