About This Role
Help shape how our global Recruitment Solutions teams adopt AI-enabled recruitment. You will lead change and adoption for the global rollout of HiredScore, an AI-powered recruitment platform supporting candidate screening and talent rediscovery—turning a major technology investment into meaningful improvements in how teams work.
Working closely with the Overall Project Lead, Business Lead and cross-functional project team, you will own and deliver the change, communications and engagement approach, from preparation through go-live and post-launch adoption. This hands-on role connects global direction with local needs, building confidence and helping teams use HiredScore effectively and responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the global change, communications and adoption plan, building on pilot foundations and aligning activities with project milestones and broader RS initiatives.
- Validate and extend or enhance existing change impact and readiness assessments across roles, regions and countries; address gaps, adoption barriers and risks.
- Engage stakeholders and end-users to secure support and coordinate implementation of the change approach.
- Mobilize and manage the RS change champion network, equipping champions to support readiness, global standardization, local engagement and sustained adoption.
- Adapt existing communications and training resources for the global rollout, creating additional content where needed and ensuring consistent, audience-appropriate messaging.
- Support the Overall Project Lead and Business Lead in progressing the established ER, NEF and Works Council engagement and consultation plans, including preparation of materials, Q&A and follow-up coordination with Legal and ER stakeholders.
- Coordinate training delivery working with capability and knowledge management teams and business experts to ensure relevance to RS processes and address local needs.
- Plan and facilitate awareness, go-live and post-launch regional/country engagement sessions; lead change and communications activities during hypercare.
- Use adoption measures and user feedback to drive targeted reinforcement with leaders and champions, capture lessons and ensure a structured handover.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
