Contract Opportunity: Global Change & Adoption Manager (AI Recruitment Technology)

6-month contract | Full-time | Global remit

We’re partnering with a leading global organisation on a high-profile rollout of an AI-powered recruitment platform, and we’re looking for an experienced Change & Adoption Manager to lead the people side of it.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll own the change, communications and adoption approach from preparation through go-live and post-launch, connecting global direction with local needs and helping teams build confidence in using AI responsibly and effectively.

What you’ll do

  • Own and deliver the global change, communications and adoption plan, building on a successful pilot
  • Validate and enhance change impact and readiness assessments across roles, regions and countries
  • Engage stakeholders and end-users to secure support for the rollout
  • Mobilise and manage a change champion network
  • Adapt and create communications and training content for a global audience
  • Support employee representative and Works Council consultation, working closely with Legal and ER stakeholders
  • Coordinate training delivery and lead engagement sessions through go-live and hypercare
  • Use adoption data and user feedback to drive targeted reinforcement and a structured handover

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
