Drive Global Film Delivery. Elevate The Cinema Experience.
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and troubleshooting to find a solution? Join MPS as a Global Cinema Support Coordinator and work with a dynamic team dedicated to providing outstanding support to our global network of exhibitors and distributors.
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you'll be part of our 24-hour first-line support team, the front line of our customer service operations. You'll handle incoming queries, troubleshoot issues to ensure our no-dark screen policy is upheld, and manage our Trusted Device List (TDL) to ensure smooth and secure operations across cinemas worldwide.
You will also play a vital role in keeping cinemas informed and equipped with the latest MPS products and services.
Working Arrangements
Global Cinema Support is a remote, home-based team. However, you are required to attend the office in London for the initial training period and thereafter quarterly for team anchor days and team events.
You’ll be part of a rota-based shift team, working 360 hours over a 9-week cycle — that’s 348 hours on shift plus 12 hours of support work.
Shifts are 12 hours long and can include nights, weekends, and occasional lone working. Current shift times include: 06:00–18:00, 08:00–20:00, 09:00–21:00, 12:00–00:00, and 18:00–06:00.
Shift patterns may be adjusted where necessary to align with operational requirements.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong communication skills are required when working with both internal and external customers.
- Experience with database administration, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work within a rotating shift pattern, including evenings, weekends and overnight support as needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
