Job Description
This role will be based in London.
At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on selected days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for a Global Client Director to join our team as a trusted adviser with a relentless focus on bringing value to our largest, and often most challenging global customers, while consistently exceeding targets. You will be responsible for helping our customers effectively engage with our Talent solutions (Talent and Learning). You will build and maintain strong professional relationships with our largest global customers by conducting executive-level discussions and negotiations related to transforming client business through the LinkedIn platform. Internally, you will lead the strategy for some of our largest global accounts by coordinating global sales motions across your extended team. You will inspire and partner with other global sales professionals and cross-functional partners to best support our largest clients.
You will advise executive customers on industry trends, act as a liaison between customers and LinkedIn product teams, and, ultimately, have customers invest in new LinkedIn solutions, which will benefit both the customer and LinkedIn.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
