Global Clinical Integration Lead

The Opportunity
CY Partners are supporting a leading global biopharmaceutical organisation in the search for an experienced Global Clinical Integration Lead.
This is a high-impact strategic role within Global Clinical Operations, supporting complex business development, licensing, partnership, integration and divestment activities.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Clinical Operations, Business Development and Clinical Development, ensuring clinical priorities are translated into clear transition plans, risks are effectively managed and programmes are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical operations workstreams across integration, separation, divestment and partnership programmes.
- Provide senior leadership visibility of clinical priorities, risks, impacts and dependencies.
- Develop processes, standards and guidance to support business development and post-deal activities.
- Establish and coordinate Clinical Operations integration and separation working groups.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for study-level integration and separation.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, deal teams and external partners to develop effective transition strategies.
- Facilitate workshops, define roadmaps and ensure clear ownership and delivery.
- Identify, assess and mitigate operational risks across transition activities.
- Represent Clinical Operations within wider cross-functional integration forums.

About You
You will ideally have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business or related discipline.
- Strong experience managing global clinical trials.
- Proven project/programme management experience within a matrix environment.
- Experience driving process improvement and organisational change.
- Exposure to business development, licensing, integration, separation or divestment activities.
- Experience working with CROs, vendors and external partners.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, judgement and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to work at pace, manage ambiguity and deliver against demanding deadlines.
