The Position

The Opportunity

As a Clinical Program Lead within the Clinical Development and Medical Affairs (CDMA) chapter, you will provide high-level strategic leadership and scientific rigor for global evidence generation programs. You act as the primary strategic architect between Life Cycle Teams (LCT) and clinical execution, ensuring diagnostic solutions are backed by robust data to improve patient outcomes. Operating in a matrixed global environment, you will drive the development of Integrated Evidence Generation Plans (IEGP) and oversee complex clinical trials from inception through regulatory success.

  • Drive the planning, development, and delivery of global evidence generation programs, maintaining full accountability for program progress, budgets, timelines, and strategic risk management.
  • Architect and lead the development of Integrated Evidence Generation Plans (IEGP) for assigned products in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a strategic partner and primary interface between CDMA and Life Cycle Teams (LCTs), aligning clinical evidence generation with broader business strategies.
  • Partner with Functional Partners and Sub-Chapter Leads to define resource requirements and coordinate capacity across CDMA Networks and Project Teams.
  • Oversee program-level budgets and trial timelines, performing proactive scenario assessments to mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
  • Ensure proactive alignment across Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Diagnostics Partners, and cross-functional CDMA chapters to ensure seamless trial execution.
  • Champion a patient- and customer-centric mindset while fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment across global matrixed teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
