About the Role
There has never been a more exciting time to join Comfort. As one of Unilever's most iconic and profitable brands, with a presence in more than 150 million households, Comfort is embarking on a big and ambitious transformation programme. The fabric enhancers category is being reshaped by changing consumer lifestyles, evolving fragrance expectations, and growing demand for products that deliver emotional as well as functional benefits. In response, Comfort is leading the category forward - reimagining fabric enhancers through distinctive fragrance experiences, breakthrough technologies and a completely renewed brand world.
As a Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in one of the largest and most strategic transformation programmes in Home Care. You will help lead a global range renovation spanning new technologies, fragrance innovation, claims, packaging, communication campaigns and visual identity - bringing the next generation of Comfort to millions of consumers across multiple markets. Operating at the intersection of consumer insight, innovation, design, communications and business strategy, you will work with senior leaders, global experts and external partners to shape decisions that will define the future direction of the brand and the category.
This is a rare opportunity to leave a lasting mark on a global power brand - creating work that reaches millions of consumers, influences markets around the world, and helps write the next chapter of Comfort's growth story. We are looking for a forward-thinking, ambitious and highly motivated talent to join the Global Comfort team and lead our biggest core transformation programme. The role offers exceptional visibility, significant ownership, senior stakeholder exposure, and a unique platform for accelerated career growth within one of Unilever's most important global brands.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
