About Prima

At Prima, we've spent 30 years building a reputation for quality, service and doing what we say we'll do.

Behind every customer order, delivery and product leaving our sites is a team of passionate people who each bring their own strengths, ideas and personality to the business. From Production and Engineering to Logistics, Sales, Customer Service and People & Culture, everyone plays a part in helping us deliver for our customers across the UK and around the world.

Our success is built on our values of Passion, Respect, Integrity, Motivation and Ambition.

The Role

We're looking for a Global Commercial Executive to join our Global team to help manage and grow Prima’s international customer base.

You will support existing customers, strengthen relationships and help identify opportunities for growth, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.

This dynamic role would suit someone who is organised, proactive and commercially minded.

What You'll Be Doing

Customer Account Management & Aftercare

  • Act as a key point of contact for existing global customers, ensuring a professional and responsive service across all interactions.
  • Manage ongoing customer relationships post-onboarding, supporting order flow, queries, and general engagement.
  • Liaise with internal teams (technical, operations, finance, NPD) to resolve customer queries and provide timely, accurate feedback.
  • Monitor customer activity and order patterns, proactively engaging customers where activity levels decline or opportunities exist to increase volume.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within Salesforce.

Marketing & Market Engagement

  • Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to ensure messaging is aligned to target markets and regions.
  • Support localisation of key messages to ensure relevance across different countries and customer segments.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends, enquiries, and market insights to inform marketing strategy and content.
  • Assist in promoting new product development and campaigns to both existing and prospective customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
