Job Description Summary

  • Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies.
  • Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
  • Support on the global supply chain strategy related to Electrical portfolio.

Job Description

  • Define supplier strategy including management and optimisation of supplier panels.
  • Support defining the global supplier strategy for the electricals.
  • Negotiate and support contract and bids during tendering stage and execution stage.
  • Support on supplier qualifications process.
  • Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement. Manage claims.
  • Includes commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc. This may also include purchasing activities.
  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy / strategy.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
  • Uses some judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems.
  • Have ability to prioritize information for data analysis.
  • Use technical experience and analytical thinking.
  • Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experiences in project, technical and sourcing ideally with HVDC.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business administration or related fields.
  • Extensive sourcing experience and familiar with global and local frame agreement preparations.
  • Demonstrate a track record of influencing organizations to high levels of performance.
  • Excellent negotiation and sourcing skills, a drive for results.

Responsabilités

  • Définir la stratégie fournisseurs, y compris la gestion et l’optimisation des panels fournisseurs.
  • Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie fournisseurs globale pour les équipements électriques.
  • Négocier et apporter un soutien sur les contrats et les offres pendant les phases d’appel d’offres et d’exécution.
  • Contribuer au processus de qualification des fournisseurs.
  • Mener les négociations et allouer les besoins à des fournisseurs spécifiques.
  • Négocier les termes et conditions et transmettre les informations aux Achats. Gérer les réclamations.
  • Inclut la gestion des achats/commerciale telle que l’analyse de données, le support aux négociations, etc. Ceci peut également inclure des activités d’achats opérationnels.
  • Utiliser une connaissance approfondie de la discipline et une pensée analytique pour appliquer la stratégie.
  • Agir comme ressource pour les collègues moins expérimentés.
  • Peut diriger de petits projets avec des risques limités et des besoins restreints en ressources.
  • Faire preuve de jugement et être capable de proposer différentes solutions en dehors des paramètres définis pour traiter des problèmes quotidiens plus complexes.
  • Avoir la capacité de hiérarchiser les informations pour l’analyse de données.
  • Utiliser l’expérience technique et la réflexion analytique.
  • Utiliser de multiples sources internes et quelques sources externes en dehors de sa propre équipe pour prendre des décisions.

Qualifications requises

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience progressive en gestion de projet, technique et approvisionnement, idéalement dans le domaine du HVDC.
  • Diplôme : Licence/Bachelor (ou équivalent) en ingénierie, administration des affaires ou domaines associés.
  • Solide expérience en sourcing et familiarité avec la préparation de contrats globaux et locaux.
  • Capacité démontrée à influencer les organisations vers des niveaux de performance élevés.
  • Excellentes compétences en négociation et en sourcing, forte orientation résultats.

Caractéristique souhaitées

  • Excellentes compétences de communication orale et écrite, capacité à agir en tant que coach professionnel pour les autres.
  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes, approche très organisée.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs situations complexes simultanément.
