The Role
Responsibility for the day to day management of the team, overall data management and project management. Actively support and contribute to the roll-out and delivery of a brand new, game changing, payroll solution that has been developed internally.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordination of payrolls in the UK and/or multiple locations
- Contribute to the continued development of a new game-changing payroll solution developed by the firm
- Liaising with clients' HR, internal payroll and outsourced payroll teams
- Data analytics to oversee the capture, reconciliation and reporting of global compensation
- Oversight of the manipulation/mapping of data sources for payroll processing
- Ability to define tax rules that aid an effective technology build
- Working closely with the Tax Technology team to ensure best practice
- Utilise Tax technical knowledge in the global mobility space and cross-border payroll
- Actively seek to improve processes and procedures
- Support the development of junior colleagues
