Your New Role
As Global Compliance Manager, you will lead Warner Bros Tours and Retail's Compliance team, ensuring products are safe, compliant and fit for purpose across multiple product categories for both UK and International markets.
This is a twelve-month fixed term contract that will play a key role in supporting product development, global expansion and supplier compliance while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to protect customers and the Warner Bros Tours and Retail brand.

Your Role Accountabilities
- Ensure products across all channels and markets are fit for purpose and meet relevant regulatory, labelling and testing requirements.
- Work closely with Legal, Logistics, Supply Chain, Product Development and other key stakeholders to support product safety, regulatory compliance and business objectives.
- Coordinate supplier compliance activities, including factory audits, testing laboratories and packaging suppliers.
- Develop global testing and packaging manuals and promote best practice across international markets.
- Contribute to compliance roadmaps for entry into new markets, particularly China and the EU.
- Oversee product compliance throughout the product development lifecycle, including testing, technical documentation, shipment authorisation, restricted substance compliance and global regulatory requirements.
- Lead and support team members while acting as a key member of the Product Leadership Team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience in product compliance, product safety and regulatory requirements across multiple product categories and international markets.
- Extensive experience gained within fashion retail, consumer products or a similar environment.
- Demonstrable experience supporting entry into new markets, with exposure to China and international expansion activities considered valuable.
- Extensive knowledge of supplier compliance, factory auditing, testing laboratories, packaging compliance and global product testing requirements.
- Strong external network across testing laboratories, suppliers, regulatory bodies or licensed consumer products environments.

Hybrid Working
This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
