Your mission as a Global Content & Brand Lead
Your mission is to take full ownership of Appinio’s global content strategy and brand ecosystem, turning a newly refreshed brand system into consistent execution across our markets. You will transform a fragmented content landscape into a high-impact, scalable global content engine. Grounded in market insights and tight GTM alignment, you will build the operational systems, workflows, and editorial roadmaps needed to drive demand creation, sales enablement, and customer advocacy—positioning Appinio as a distinctive market leader.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the Global Content Engine & Strategy: Define and lead the global content strategy, editorial roadmap, and GTM content priorities across all buyer journeys, ICPs, channels, and target markets.
- Operationalise Brand Positioning: Operationalise and scale our newly established brand system, tone of voice, and narrative across our global content library and every marketing touchpoint.
- Build the Content Operating System: Establish central workflows, governance, content architecture, lifecycle management, and repurposing frameworks to maximise output and efficiency.
- Measure & Optimise Performance: Set up content performance tracking and optimisation loops to demonstrate clear commercial impact across GTM channels.
- Customer Advocacy: Own and overhaul Appinio’s customer advocacy strategy, developing compelling case studies, testimonials and new customer-led formats that amplify the customer voice across the brand and support the wider GTM motion.
- Marketing Collaboration & Activation: Partner across Marketing to create compelling activations and support priorities such as SEO, AIO and CRO, with strong feedback loops across regional and specialist teams.
- Commercial & GTM Connection: Connect content directly to demand generation, pipeline growth and sales enablement, ensuring content supports broader GTM priorities and delivers measurable business impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
