Global Contingent Workforce Specialist

Multiple UK Locations Available | Hybrid Working | £50,000 - £60,000 + Package

An exciting opportunity to join one of the world's leading professional services organisations as it continues to develop and expand its Contingent Workforce offering across the UK.

This role will support the continued growth of the function, working closely with experienced colleagues, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders to improve how the business attracts, engages, and manages its external workforce.

The Role

  • Support the continued development and expansion of the UK Contingent Labour offering
  • Manage and coordinate elements of the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle
  • Work with hiring managers to understand requirements and advise on talent availability, locations, rates, and role structures
  • Support relationships with staffing suppliers and wider workforce partners
  • Use data and market insight to help improve contingent workforce decisions
  • Work with VMS technology, ideally including SAP Fieldglass
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships while having the confidence to push back, challenge, and offer alternative solutions when required

What They're Looking For

  • Experience across Contingent Workforce, Contingent Labour, Staffing, MSP, RPO, or Talent Acquisition
  • Understanding of the contingent worker lifecycle and staffing supplier landscape
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with data and workforce technology / VMS platforms
  • The confidence to engage with and challenge senior stakeholders constructively
  • A proactive individual keen to develop within a growing workforce function
