About the Company
We are seeking an exceptional Global Creative Director to join a rapidly growing luxury beauty brand founded by one of the most influential and recognised names in the industry. This is a unique opportunity to take creative leadership of a distinctive luxury beauty house with a strong founder story, established brand equity and significant international growth ambitions.
About the Role
The Global Creative Director will be responsible for defining and evolving the brand's global creative vision, ensuring that every consumer touchpoint reflects a distinctive, elevated and consistent expression of the brand. Working closely with the Founder, CEO and senior leadership team, the Global Creative Director will translate the founder's vision and brand DNA into a compelling global creative platform spanning brand identity, campaigns, product launches, content, digital, social, retail, e-commerce, packaging and experiential. The role requires a highly conceptual and commercially minded creative leader who can protect the exclusivity and desirability of a luxury brand while building its relevance with a new generation of global consumers.
Responsibilities
Global Creative Vision
- Define and lead the global creative vision and long-term creative strategy for the brand.
- Establish a distinctive and recognisable creative language across all consumer touchpoints.
- Translate the founder's vision, philosophy and aesthetic into a scalable global brand universe.
- Evolve the brand creatively while protecting its heritage, codes and luxury positioning.
- Develop global creative guidelines and ensure consistency across markets and channels.
- Act as the ultimate creative guardian of the brand.
Brand & Campaigns
- Lead the creative development of global brand campaigns and major product launches.
- Set the creative direction for photography, film, art direction, casting, styling, set design and talent partnerships.
- Develop campaign concepts that combine cultural relevance with luxury and desirability.
- Oversee the creative expression of seasonal launches, hero products and brand moments.
- Work closely with external photographers, directors, stylists, artists, designers and creative agencies.
- Build a world-class network of creative collaborators across fashion, beauty, art, culture and entertainment.

Product & Packaging
- Partner closely with Product Development, Marketing and R&D to ensure product innovation is supported by compelling creative storytelling.
- Influence the visual and conceptual development of new product lines, launches and limited editions.
- Oversee the creative direction of packaging, gifting and physical brand assets.
- Ensure product design and presentation consistently communicate the brand's luxury positioning.
Digital, Social & Content
- Establish a distinctive global content strategy and visual language across digital and social platforms.
- Oversee the development of premium editorial, social and digital content.
- Ensure the brand maintains a coherent creative identity across Instagram, TikTok, e-commerce, websites and emerging platforms.
- Balance highly aspirational brand storytelling with culturally relevant and engaging content.
- Identify new creative formats, platforms and technologies that can elevate the consumer experience.
Retail & Experiential
- Define the creative direction for retail environments, pop-ups, events and experiential activations.
- Ensure the physical brand experience reflects the same level of creativity and craftsmanship as its products.
- Partner with Retail, VM and Commercial teams to create elevated consumer experiences across key global markets.
- Develop distinctive launch moments and brand experiences that generate cultural relevance and desirability.
Founder Partnership
- Work closely with the Founder to translate their creative vision and philosophy into a cohesive global brand expression.
- Act as a trusted creative partner and strategic sounding board to the Founder and CEO.
- Protect the authenticity and distinctiveness of the founder-led brand while ensuring the creative platform can evolve and scale internationally.
- Balance founder vision with broader consumer, cultural and commercial insights.

Leadership & Organisation
- Build and lead a high-performing global creative function.
- Establish the appropriate internal team structure and external agency ecosystem.
- Mentor and develop creative talent across the organisation.
- Set a culture of excellence, ambition, curiosity and innovation.
- Manage creative agencies, production partners and freelance talent globally.
- Establish efficient creative processes while maintaining a high level of craft and originality.
Required Skills
- Significant experience as a Creative Director, Global Creative Director, Executive Creative Director or equivalent senior creative leadership position.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative thinking and execution.
- Experience building or evolving globally recognised luxury brands.
- A sophisticated understanding of beauty, fragrance, fashion, luxury and contemporary culture.
- Experience leading global campaigns across multiple markets and channels.
- Strong understanding of art direction, photography, film, design, digital and social.
- Experience managing internal creative teams and leading external creative partners.
- A strong network of internationally recognised creative talent.
- Experience working directly with founders, CEOs and senior leadership.
- The ability to move seamlessly between big-picture brand vision and detailed creative execution.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how creativity drives brand equity, desirability and growth.
- Exceptional presentation, communication and influencing skills.
