About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Global VM, the Global Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned global campaigns, translating Charlotte Tilbury's creative vision into world-class retail experiences across the global estate.

Working closely with Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, Copy, Legal, Graphics and Regional VM teams, the role ensures campaigns are delivered on time, to the highest creative standards and ready for successful implementation across all markets.

As a Global Creative Visual Merchandising Manager you will be responsible for:

Campaign Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned global campaigns from concept through to implementation.
  • Design innovative retail experiences including permanent merchandising, windows, animations, pop-ups and retailer activations.
  • Produce clear Global VM Guidelines that enable consistent execution across all regions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, Copy, Legal, Graphics and Operations to deliver campaigns to critical path.
  • Present concepts through Creative Council and Charlotte reviews, incorporating feedback into final designs.
  • Manage campaign copy briefs and artwork development throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Regional & Business Support

  • Build strong relationships with Regional VM teams, providing ongoing support throughout implementation.
  • Review regional executions, advise on local adaptations and maintain global brand consistency.
  • Support retailer activations, founder appearances, PR events and other commercial initiatives as required.

About You

  • Prior experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Interior Design or Architecture, ideally within beauty or luxury retail.
  • Proven experience delivering complex retail campaigns from concept through implementation.
  • Strong 3D design skills with proficiency in SketchUp (preferred) or equivalent 3D software.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work to demanding deadlines.
  • Creative, commercially minded and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
