Job Title – Global Credit Controller

About the Role
As a Global Credit Controller, you will play a key role within the Accounts Receivable team, helping to ensure the timely collection of customer payments and supporting strong cash flow performance across the business. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will manage designated ledgers, perform credit reviews, and maintain accurate customer account information.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage assigned customer ledgers and ensure outstanding debts are collected in a timely manner
- Conduct credit checks and periodic credit reviews for new and existing customers
- Ensure all activities comply with company credit management policies and approval processes
- Contact customers by telephone and email to progress payments and resolve account queries
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information within business systems
- Support the Accounts Receivable team with cash posting and general administration activities when required.

About You
- Previous experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or a similar finance-related role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a professional telephone manner
- Confident handling difficult conversations and resolving payment-related issues effectively
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using integrated business systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent French and/or Spanish language skills would be advantageous.
