🏢 About the Company

They are a MarTech platform at the forefront of ad verification. With a global client base spanning leading brands, agencies, and publishers, they are building an infrastructure that makes digital advertising safer, smarter, and more accountable. Their Singapore office serves as a regional hub across the Asia Pacific, and they are now looking for a senior leader to head up their Customer Success function.

🌏 The Role

This is a senior, people-facing leadership role responsible for the health and growth of the company's client portfolio across APAC. You will own the end-to-end customer success function, building scalable processes, managing senior client relationships, and driving retention and expansion across a complex, high-volume book of business.

You will lead a small but growing team and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Data to ensure clients are realising value at every stage of the lifecycle. This is both a strategic and a hands-on role, you will need to roll up your sleeves while also setting the direction.

🛠️ Core Responsibilities

Client Ownership & Retention

  • Own the client portfolio across APAC, serving as the senior point of escalation for key accounts
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients ranging from large independent agencies to global holding groups
  • Lead QBRs, strategic reviews, and onboarding programmes across a broad and active book of business
  • Drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell activity in partnership with the commercial team

Team & Operations Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Customer Success Managers across the region
  • Design and implement scalable CS processes, playbooks, and frameworks that support a high volume of client accounts
  • Set team KPIs and performance standards, ensuring consistent delivery across the function
  • Act as the operational backbone of the CS organisation — identifying inefficiencies and building structure where it is needed

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Data teams to translate client feedback into actionable product improvements
  • Partner with Sales on new logo onboarding and the handover process from commercial to CS
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, championing client needs at a leadership level

🎯 Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing operations role, at a digital marketing platform, AdTech, or performance marketing environment.
  • Prior experience managing a large portfolio of agency or brand clients — whether from a platform, network, or agency-side environment
  • A background that includes exposure to paid search, paid social, programmatic, or related performance channels is strongly preferred. You must understand PMax and Meta to an expert level.
  • Proven track record of leading or building Customer Success or Account Management teams
  • Experience working in or with regional teams across APAC is highly advantageous
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills — you are polished, proactive, and confident at senior levels
  • Strong operational instincts — you know how to build processes and structure in a scaling environment
  • Data-literate and commercially minded, with the ability to translate metrics into meaningful client narratives
  • A natural team leader who develops talent and holds a high bar for quality
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you will need to prioritise and adapt quickly
