About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Advisor to join our Global Customer Support team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
You will be a key contact for international customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders, managing enquiries, orders, logistics, export documentation, and issue resolution while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Working with colleagues across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the Americas, and emerging markets, you will gain valuable exposure to global customer support, international order management, trade compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customers, distributors, and sales channels.
- Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues through to completion.
- Process and coordinate international orders and deliveries.
- Support shipping, export documentation, and compliance activities.
- Monitor cases and ensure service levels are met.
- Escalate risks and operational issues where appropriate.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes.
- Build strong relationships with global customers and stakeholders.
About You
We are looking for an individual who can quickly build credibility and make a positive contribution through strong customer service expertise, commercial awareness, and international experience.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Experience in global customer support, order management, or international operations.
- Experience supporting customers, distributors, or stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Knowledge of international B2B processes.
- Proven ability to resolve complex customer issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable
- Experience of trade compliance, customs, and import/export procedures.
- Knowledge of export documentation and Letters of Credit.
- Experience supporting international distributors and channel partners.
- Fluency in French, Arabic, Spanish, or Japanese.
