We’re looking for a Data & Insights Specialist to join us in our Birmingham office on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Your Role

The Global Data & Insights Specialist will provide data and reporting support predominantly to the Global Talent Attraction and Employee Branding team.

The role will focus primarily on Power BI, data preparation and analysis, helping to develop and maintain dashboards that provide clear insight into Talent Attraction and Employee Branding performance.

You will work with the team to ensure data is accurate, identify trends and produce meaningful reporting to support decision-making. You will also support Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) through the preparation of dashboards, reports and analysis.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their data analytics career who is keen to develop their skills in Power BI, data visualisation and business reporting within a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Prepare, clean and validate data from multiple sources.
  • Support Power BI data models, relationships, measures and visualisations.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
  • Produce regular reporting and performance analysis.
  • Support the preparation of data and dashboards for MBRs and QBRs.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their data and reporting requirements.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Support improvements to reporting processes and automation.
  • Maintain clear documentation of reporting processes and data sources.

Your Experience

  • An interest in data analytics, reporting and Power BI.
  • Experience with Power BI and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • An analytical and curious approach to problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Experience with Power Query, DAX or data modelling.
  • Experience working with HR, recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Employee Branding data.
  • Previous experience in a reporting, MI or data analytics role.
