Company Introduction

At The Travel Corporation, we enrich lives by connecting people and places. For more than 100 years, our teams and award-winning travel brands have created journeys that build lasting memories, friendships and cultural connections across the world.

Behind every unforgettable journey is a passionate team making it happen. That is where you come in.

OUR VALUES

  • Value Every Voice: We put people first.
  • Act with Integrity: We do what is right.
  • Explore Beyond Boundaries: We are driven by curiosity.
  • Own the Outcome: We take responsibility for our decisions.
  • Succeed Together: We have each other’s backs.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Global Dayforce Data Migration Lead to own the data migration workstream for our global Dayforce rollout across six regions. This is a senior, hands-on role covering Payroll, Benefits and Workforce Management.

You will translate existing people and payroll data into Dayforce requirements, lead mapping and template preparation, and ensure data is validated, loaded and reconciled accurately. You will also help regional stakeholders understand how data decisions affect configuration, workflows, payroll, reporting and downstream systems.

What Will You Do?

Lead the migration

  • Own the global data migration workstream across six regions, aligned to the agreed rollout sequence and milestones.
  • Map and transform people, payroll, benefits and workforce data from regional source systems into Dayforce.
  • Prepare, quality-check and submit Dayforce data-load templates across test and production environments.
  • Resolve data gaps, transformation issues and load errors quickly and accurately.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
