Role Purpose

The Vice President is responsible for leading the delivery of high-priority strategic initiatives that advance Global Delivery's strategy and transformation agenda. The role serves as a catalyst for change, partnering with senior leaders across business, operations, technology, finance, and human resources to design, coordinate, and execute complex programs that improve organizational effectiveness, workforce outcomes, productivity, operational resilience, and business performance.

The successful candidate will operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation while ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities, measurable value realization, and sustainable adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program

  • Lead or support a portfolio of strategic initiatives aligned to organizational priorities.
  • Translate executive objectives into structured programs, workstreams, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop implementation roadmaps and drive execution across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure strategic initiatives deliver expected business benefits within agreed timelines and budgets.

Business Performance & Value Realization

  • Establish success metrics and performance indicators for strategic initiatives.
  • Track program outcomes against defined objectives and benefit targets.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform recommendations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Drive accountability for execution and outcomes across stakeholder groups.

  • Create and maintain effective governance structures for complex programs.
  • Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation processes.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8-12+ years of experience leading strategic initiatives, transformation programs, or business management functions within financial services or a similarly complex global organization.
  • Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects with executive-level visibility.
  • Strong program and project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience within asset servicing, banking, investment management, or financial operations.
  • Experience supporting workforce transformation, operating model design, AI/automation initiatives, organizational effectiveness, or enterprise change programs.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery, change management, and strategic planning methodologies.
