Global Digital Business Director

We are hiring a Global Digital Business Director to lead a high-impact digital operation spanning multiple markets and channels. This is an opportunity to shape strategy, inspire teams and deliver meaningful outcomes for a globally recognised premium lifestyle business with a strong heritage across fashion, accessories, home, fragrance and hospitality. Working at the intersection of data, creativity and technology, you will help translate ambitious goals into measurable results while building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders across the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build trusted relationships with senior regional stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner and advisor.
  • Translate global strategy into regional activation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Strategy, Planning, Activation and Data to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Oversee end-to-end digital campaign delivery across a range of performance and brand-focused channels.
  • Use insights and data to identify optimisation opportunities and drive measurable business impact.
  • Maintain strong account health through effective management of scope, delivery standards and resourcing.
  • Encourage collaboration across teams, sharing knowledge and creating additional value for clients and colleagues.

  • Experience leading regional or global client relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing across both brand-building and performance-focused activity.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to connect global direction to local execution.
  • Experience in retail, fashion or similarly complex consumer sectors is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong project management skills, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
  • A collaborative leadership approach that supports team development and high-quality delivery.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to influence discussions and guide decisions at all levels.
