Global Data & Digital Experience Lead
We are looking for a Global Data & Digital Experience Lead to drive digital innovation, data strategy, and technology adoption across a global client account. This role will partner with clients and operational teams to deliver insight-driven services, enhance workplace experiences, and generate measurable business value through data and digital solutions.

Main Responsibilities
Digital Experience Strategy
- Set and execute the Digital Experience Strategy for the account, continually adjusting it to align with the client's evolving strategic agenda.
Data, Analytics & Insight
- Own the data and reporting framework for the account, ensuring consistent KPIs, definitions and governance across sites.
Technology Transformation & Integration
- Oversee the deployment of the agreed technology stack and data hub integrations (IoT platforms, CMMS, Dataverse, reporting layers, etc.).

Stakeholder, Client & Community Engagement
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client leadership and senior internal stakeholders.

- Stay abreast of innovation across the Sodexo Group and the wider market, and bring relevant use cases to the client.
Smart Building & IoT Programs
- Lead the deployment of smart building solutions across the account, ensuring they are positioned as part of a coherent digital experience rather than standalone tools.

The Ideal Candidate
Ability to
- Discuss business objectives, business outcomes and digital transformation with the client
- Contribute to and communicate a technical roadmap
- Present topics in a clear and concise manner to different audiences and levels of technical skill
- Communicate technical information clearly to peers and customers — verbally, in writing and in training situations
- Leverage data analytics to inform recommendations and decisions
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years' experience in the digital and data field
- Experience contributing to the design, testing or implementation of digital solutions, ideally in food and/or IFM service environments
- Strong background in data analytics and Power BI.
- Good working knowledge of solutions, technologies and product offerings in the smart building, IoT and FM data space
