Managing Partner, Publicis Le One @ Publicis London

We are hiring a Managing Partner to lead our global partnership with Haleon and help shape the future of some of the world’s best-known consumer healthcare brands. This is an opportunity to set the strategic and creative direction for work that connects with people across markets, cultures and channels. You will bring together talent from across Publicis Groupe to turn powerful ideas into enduring brand platforms and meaningful commercial growth. At the heart of the role is a simple ambition: to create globally consistent brands with cultural relevance to make a real difference in people’s lives.
What you'll be doing:
- Set the strategic direction for the Haleon partnership, helping global leaders establish distinctive brand territories rooted in meaningful human insight.
- Guide the development of enduring brand platforms that build recognition, relevance and value across markets over time.
- Champion creative excellence, working closely with strategy, creative and global brand teams to raise the ambition and effectiveness of the work.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing clear counsel and navigating complex global and local priorities.
- Lead the commercial performance of the account, including revenue, margin, resourcing, negotiations and sustainable growth opportunities.
- Bring together creativity, media, data and technology through the Publicis Power of One model, creating a connected team with shared goals and accountability.
- Lead and develop an inclusive, multidisciplinary team while contributing to the wider direction of Publicis Le One and Publicis London.

Skills we're looking for:

- Significant experience leading global or international brands within a creative, integrated, brand or communications agency.
- A strong understanding of modern brand building, including distinctiveness, consistency, cultural relevance and long-term effectiveness.
- Experience creating or stewarding brand platforms that can be applied effectively across different markets, channels and cultures.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and bring clarity to complex organisational and commercial challenges.
- Experience managing the commercial performance of a major account, including financial accountability, resourcing and growth.
- A collaborative leadership style, with experience bringing together multidisciplinary or multi-agency teams around a shared ambition.
- Sound judgement, curiosity and a commitment to creating work that is creatively ambitious, commercially effective and relevant to people’s lives.
