What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests. In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for the execution and optimisation of global digital marketing activity across CRM, paid search, paid social and wider digital marketing channels, ensuring guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • Manage and maintain the global CRM communications calendar in collaboration with hotel marketing teams, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business priorities and commercial objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the global team and hotel stakeholders for the coordination of campaign planning, content development and deployment schedules.
  • Manage and execute all CRM campaigns through designated marketing platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics and SevenRooms, covering audience segmentation, campaign set-up, testing, deployment and quality assurance.
  • Work closely with hotels on campaign content, targeting and creative development to deliver engaging and relevant guest communications.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on CRM campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement, conversion and commercial results.
  • Coordinate the execution and optimisation of paid search and paid social campaigns in partnership with appointed agency partners, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Report on paid media performance, presenting key metrics, trends and recommendations to stakeholders and supporting ongoing optimisation efforts.
  • Support the Global Digital Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of CRM innovation initiatives, including personalisation, automation and customer journey enhancements.
  • Contribute to wider digital communication and customer experience projects, helping to identify opportunities to improve digital engagement across channels.
  • Support the Global Head of Digital on strategic digital projects and initiatives, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive the continued evolution of the digital marketing function.
  • Embody and promote the company's values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity in all aspects of the role.

The hours of operation for this role are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, based in our corporate office in Knightsbridge, with one day working from home on Fridays.

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience in performance marketing and CRM in luxury hospitality, travel, or premium lifestyle brands
  • Hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, programmatic (DV360 or similar), and at least one enterprise CRM platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or equivalent)
  • Experience with a project management tool like Click Up, Monday.com or equivalent
  • Fluent in GA4; able to pull and interpret data and translate it into actionable commercial decisions
  • Experience with multi-property or multi-market campaign planning
  • Ability to manage upwards and sideways across hotel commercial teams, balancing multiple stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strategic thinker who can balance brand integrity with revenue ambition
  • Degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent commercial experience
  • You have a talent for marketing and apply a methodical and analytical approach to your work.
  • You are a self-starter, show initiative and possess excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload with strong attention to detail.
  • Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
  • English is the primary language used by our team. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Additional languages such as French and/or Italian would be an asset.
