Working closely with the VP of Marketing in a growing medical devices company, you’ll lead the digital marketing strategy across international markets. You’ll create campaigns that build awareness, increase engagement, and create demand for our client’s innovative tech. It’s a senior role with real visibility and the opportunity to shape how digital marketing supports the business for the future.

What will your day to day look like? This is a role where you can make a big impact. You’ll be leading our client’s digital marketing strategy, executing tactics that build awareness, engage customers, and generate demand across global markets (existing and new). An average week might include:
- Developing marketing strategies that’ll deliver business growth
- Leading on omnichannel campaigning
- Optimising the digital customer journey and nurture sequences
- Supporting new product launches via digital campaigns
- Overseeing website and SEO performance
- Monitoring the data to continuously improve performance
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members
- Establishing scalable marketing processes for the team to follow
You’ll report directly into the VP of Marketing, working closely with them to scale marketing processes and build something great for the future.

This role will suit you if you…
- Have at least 6 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
- Have worked in the medical / health tech space
- Are qualified in a Marketing discipline (degree, CIM, etc.)
- Know how to develop and execute omnichannel digital campaigns
- Have supported new product launches and expansion initiatives
- Understand CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Can use data to make decisions and improve tactics
- Love problem solving and are willing to bring new ideas to the table
- Are comfortable with travelling up to 25% of the time
