The Opportunity: Global Director, Mid-Market Onboarding

You’ll own and scale Cloudbeds’ fastest-growing and most complex customer segment—mid-market properties. Drive an industry-leading onboarding experience from contract signature to go-live, adoption, and seamless transition to Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team (Onboarding Project Managers, experienced advisors) to deliver world-class frameworks, metrics, and repeatable best practices for complex deployments (25–100+ rooms, multi-properties).
  • Own end-to-end outcomes: Monitor onboarding velocity, deployment quality, training completion, CSAT/NPS scores, and early-cycle retention.
  • Build scalable frameworks: SOPs, configuration standards, and capacity planning to meet mid-market and enterprise client demands.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Account Management to ensure alignment between what’s sold and what’s delivered.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex or at-risk deployments, ensuring clean handoffs to Account Management.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Test, adapt, and operationalize learnings with a data-driven approach.

  • 10+ years in hospitality tech or operations – prioritize customer onboarding/implementation experience.
  • Team leadership (Hiring, coaching, distributed/remote teams).
  • Project management expertise for multi-stakeholder deployments—probationary templates with customization in mind.
  • Hospitality adjacency: Deep understanding of mid-market operations, PMS intricacies, or payments.
