Role Description
The Global Director of Coaching Certifications – Impact Coaching Coalitions is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global coaching certification programs within the Impact Coaching Coalitions as well as building the pipelines for coaches to learn about and realize the value of gaining new bleeding edge certifications.
This remote role oversees the development of curricula, standards, and evaluation processes for coaching, leadership development, and impact-focused training across diverse regions and stakeholder groups. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with coaches, trainers, NGOs, universities, and business partners to align certification content with the foundation’s mission, coordinating training cohorts and learning pathways, and monitoring program quality and outcomes. The role also involves building and managing global coalitions of certified coaches, supporting regional leaders, establishing best practices for player and staff development, and integrating feedback and data to enhance the certifications over time. The Global Director serves as a key ambassador for the Impact Coaching Coalition, representing SotG Global in external partnerships, events, and strategic initiatives related to impact entrepreneurship and social change.

Qualifications
- Coaching and Training: Demonstrated experience in coaching and training, with the ability to design and deliver structured programs that build impact-focused skills and mindsets.
- Leadership and Staff Development: Proven track record in leadership development and staff development, including mentoring, performance coaching, and capacity-building for diverse teams.
- Player and Talent Development: Experience in player development or equivalent talent development contexts, with skills in identifying potential, setting development plans, and tracking progress.
- Program and Curriculum Design: Ability to create certification frameworks, curricula, and assessment tools, preferably in coaching, leadership, or social impact fields.
- Global Collaboration and Partnerships: Experience working across cultures and sectors, building partnerships with NGOs, businesses, universities, and community organizations.
- Strategic and Analytical Skills: Strong strategic thinking, project management, and data-informed decision-making to grow and improve certification programs.
- Communication and Facilitation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in facilitating workshops, webinars, and coalition meetings in a remote environment.
What We Look For
- Unapologetic Ambition: You have no patience for fluff, middle-of-the-road "consulting", or morally neutral coaching. You want real, measurable, systemic change on a global scale.
- Executive Recruitment & Business Acumen: A proven track record in identifying and recruiting high-level talent, alongside the ability to build global sales funnels and close enterprise-level deal flow.
- Leadership Depth: Strong background in executive leadership, corporate strategy, sustainability, or scaling multi-market networks.
- Time Commitment: Ability to commit 10–15 hours per week during the initial rollout, scaling to a 60% commitment within 6–12 months as your national network builds momentum.

Compensation Structure (Total Alignment)

All revenue generated is shared directly.
